article------>{"id":190,"cid":16,"subCid":null,"title":"劉銘 成立美國青島總商會 不收會費 著重資源互通","shortTitle":"","tagId":"","attr":"2","articleView":"","source":"","author":"","description":"","img":"","content":"<div class=\"n_article_tit\">\n<div class=\"art_remark\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"> </p>\n</div>\n</div>\n<div class=\"n_main\">\n<div class=\"main_text\">\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><img src=\"https://www.chinesedaily.com/uploads/240207/113-24020G0192B04.jpg\" alt=\"\"></span><br><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">促進交流互助合作，美國青島總商會在洛杉磯成立。</span></div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">（記者楊拓／洛杉磯報導）「這麼多年了，終於可以做自己想做的事情了！」藉著微醺的酒意，美國青島總商會會長劉銘說出了心裡話：「今天，我才可以說是我真正做到成功人士，我認為真正的成功並非是財富和時間上的自由，而是能夠面對自己想要去做的事情上，有著想做就做，而且做了就成功的能力。」劉銘說道做到，幾乎將全部的經歷都投入到了剛剛在洛杉磯成立的美國青島總商會上。</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"> </span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><img src=\"https://www.chinesedaily.com/uploads/240207/113-24020G021012R.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"></span></div>\n<div> </div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">作為知名企業玖龍紙業曾經的高管，劉銘負責全球原材料採購，在為這家全球最大箱板原紙產品生產商的工作中，劉銘的足跡幾乎踏遍了全球所有主流國家，並且接觸到了世界各地的華人群體，自然而然也和眾多國家的華人商會打過交道，只不過在接觸的過程中，華人商會的運營模式引發了劉銘更多的思考。</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"> </span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><img src=\"https://www.chinesedaily.com/uploads/240207/113-24020G0215K63.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"></span></div>\n<div> </div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">「商會可以是一個很隨和的社交平台，也可以是一個資源交流互換的平台，很多時候，華人企業家群體會忽略資源交流互換的功能，而是更加注重社交。」劉銘說道：「當然，社交可以為大家拓展人脈，不過資源互換才能夠真正地為大家帶來實質上的利益。」</span></div>\n<div> </div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">為此，作為山東青島人，劉銘有了開始籌備美國青島總商會的想法，按照劉銘的想法，就是徹底從原有的工作上撤下來，全心全意地投入到商會的籌備工作中，然而事事不能如意，玖龍紙業的業務太過繁忙，很多業務領域還都需要劉銘的運作，所以在和集團的負責人談過之後，雙方約定三年期限，之後劉銘就將卸下高管的職務，籌備商會。</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"> </span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><img src=\"https://www.chinesedaily.com/uploads/240207/113-24020G02242628.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"></span><br><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"> </span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">「雖然我已經在美國生活了20多年，並且也和眾多商會有著密切的接觸，但真正到了籌備、成立商會的時候，還是有大量的工作需要提前準備。而且，為了能夠實現我對於商會的改革，也決定用其他方式來運營商會，比如說，不需要企業繳納會費，而是通過資源互補的形式來充實、壯大商會。」劉銘說道。</span></div>\n<div> </div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">在劉銘看來，傳統意義上的商會運營都需要會員企業繳納會費來維持，如此的做法雖然成熟可行，卻也有著明顯的弊端，就如同華人經常說的那句話，「有所付出，就有所求。」作為一個企業，繳納會費無論多少，都需要得到相應的回報，如果商會不能提供會員企業心裡預期的回報，就必然會引發企業的不滿，而面對眾多的會員企業，商會也顯然不能面面俱到，因此無論如何運作都會有企業不滿意，長此以往，必然會給商會的運營形成隱患，所以，莫不如不收會費，只通過資源互通，讓會員企業實現點對點的資源對接，從而讓每一個企業都得到滿意的回報。</span></div>\n<div> </div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">然而，理想和現實之間總是會有距離，不收取會費，就意味著商會初期的所有活動都需要有「贊助」才能能夠運行，這對組織者來說「壓力山大」。「商會初期的所有費用，都是我的個人投入，這也是實現理想的必經之路，容不得投機取巧。」劉銘說道：「不過，我相信我的理念是行得通的，相信商會的未來會更好，也相信商會在未來會為更多華人企業家帶來實質性的利益。」</span></div>\n</div>\n</div>","status":0,"pv":35,"link":"","createdAt":"2025-03-25T01:15:13.000Z","updatedAt":"2025-04-28T08:47:16.000Z","field":{}}
